MF5200 series oxygen mass flowmeter is a kind of flow meter specially designed for the oxygen supply system of the hospital center.The flowmeter has detachable display, RS485 network communication interface and user self-setting alarm function, which can better realize network transmission and traffic monitoring.MF5212 and MF5219 can measure gas flow at 0~300L/min (standard condition) and 0~800L/min(standard condition) respectively.
