Ⅱ.Structure and principle
LZ series metal tube float meter consists of two parts:
Sensors --- measuring tube and float;
Signal transmitter -- indicator;
There are four kinds of liquid contact materials for the sensor: stainless steel, hastelloy, titanium material and stainless steel PTFE lining;The user can according to the requirements of the different process stress and corrosive medium, choose different touch the liquid material, to meet the needs of the process of stress and corrosion medium, according to the requirements of the different measurement, users in the selection, can choose not indicator combination, to realize the different measurement requirements, specific indicator form see instructions ware system and its corresponding function.

Is the flow measurement by the indicator in the transmitter through coupling magnetic float position change to complete the flow indicator and signal remote transmission, when measured medium flowing through the measuring tube from bottom to top, float float by gravity, buoyancy and fluid flow vertically upward thrust balance, float the relatively static in a certain position, the ring size of the location with the float and cone tube, fluid velocity, the position of the float is corresponding to the size of the measured medium flow.

Ⅳ.Installation instructions
(1) During the installation of the flowmeter, the perpendicularity of the measuring pipe should be guaranteed to be greater than 5%, and a bypass should be installed to facilitate maintenance and cleaning without affecting production.
(2) The position where the flowmeter is installed shall ensure that there is a straight pipe section with an inlet value of 5DN and an outlet value of 250mm;If the medium contains ferromagnetic material, the magnetic filter should be installed before the flow meter.(see the figure of magnetic filter and straight pipe).
(3) The control valve in the measurement and control system should be installed downstream of the flow meter.For gas measurement, the working pressure shall not be less than 5 times of the pressure loss, so as to make the flow meter work stably.
(4) Before installing the flow meter, the welding slag in the pipeline should be blown clean;Remove stop elements from the flow meter during installation;After installation, the control valve should be opened slowly to avoid impact damage to the flow meter.
(5) For the LZ1 0 standard type, LZ15 horizontal installation of metal tube float meter can choose the built-in magnetic filter.The total height of the LZ10 standard with built-in magnetic filter is 350mm.
