Summary:

System characteristics
1. It only needs flowmeter, quantitative controller and cut-off equipment. The structure is simple, the cost is low, and the system control accuracy is 0.2%;
2, can be customized control box, box put quantitative control instrument, simple wiring, to the scene after the adjustment is not required, and equipment can control flow meter box provides power, only need to provide AC220V to the control box;

System composition:
1. Flowmeter:

Quantitative system operation step
1, under normal conditions, the cut-off device is closed;
2, manual switch operation power supply terminal, terminal operation set value memory (the cumulative flow numerical value best is zero, such as the last memory is not zero, you must manually reset) remain closed at this time, drying equipment;
3, manually open the cut-off device (the best operation on the operating terminal), the operation terminal shows the cumulative flow value and set the flow value;
4, in the process of feeding water, even if the total flow value does not reach the set value of flow, requirements can be done manually close the interrupting device (though not always will do so, but the requirements can be done, even if the power supply is off the operating terminal);
5, when the accumulative flow value reaches the set flow value, the operation terminal outputs the switch signal and closes the cut-off device;
6, return to normal;
7, manually after the cumulative flow value cleared, manually open the cut-off device for the next cycle.
